Daniel Craig Sports New Look in ‘Wake Up Dead Man’ Trailer

Date:

Detective Benoit Blanc is back, and he’s looking sharper than ever. The teaser for Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery has been released, giving fans a thrilling preview of Daniel Craig’s third outing as the clever sleuth. The trailer not only introduces a new, seemingly unsolvable mystery but also reveals a stylish new look for its leading man.
This latest installment from director Rian Johnson presents Blanc with a case that pushes his abilities to the limit: the murder of a priest during a church service. The role of the victim is taken on by veteran actor Josh Brolin. The teaser hints at a dark and intricate plot, filled with the suspense and clever misdirection that the franchise is known for.
Alongside Craig’s fresh appearance, which includes longer hair and a three-piece suit, the film boasts a star-studded cast. The lineup includes Glenn Close, who described the project as one of the best experiences of her life, as well as Kerry Washington, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Cailee Spaeny, Andrew Scott, and Josh O’Connor. This impressive roster ensures a compelling dynamic between the many suspects.
Following a successful world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival earlier this month, Wake Up Dead Man is set for a dual release. It will open in select cinemas on November 26th, offering a big-screen experience, before it lands on Netflix for at-home viewing on December 12th.
