Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, engaged in a significant diplomatic discussion with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Qatar, HE Ahmad Abdulrahman Al Shuraim, on Thursday.
