Qatar and Turkiye Discuss Boosting Trade and Investment Ties at Doha Forum 2025

Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed met with Turkiye’s Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Simsek on the sidelines of the Doha Forum 2025. The leaders discussed key areas of mutual interest, with a strong focus on enhancing bilateral cooperation in trade and investment.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed current economic ties and explored new opportunities to expand strategic partnerships. They also exchanged views on major topics highlighted in the Forum’s agenda, reaffirming their commitment to deeper economic collaboration.
