Qatar Engages in High-Level Talks at ASEAN Commemorative Gathering

During the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, engaged in a series of strategic bilateral meetings in Manila. His agenda included discussions with high-ranking officials from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Brunei, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, the Netherlands, and Panama.

The primary aim of these discussions was to explore avenues for enhancing diplomatic ties and fostering collaboration in areas of shared interest. Al Muraikhi and his counterparts exchanged insights on regional and global issues, seeking to build stronger partnerships that could benefit all involved parties.
