Qatar’s PM and South Sudan’s Adviser Strengthen Security Cooperation

In a significant diplomatic engagement, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, hosted a meeting with Tut Gatluak, the Presidential Advisor on Security Affairs from South Sudan. The encounter took place during Gatluak’s official visit to Qatar, emphasizing the continuing dialogue between the two nations.

During the meeting, Gatluak expressed condolences on behalf of South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir Mayardit for the passing of Qatar’s Father Amir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. This gesture highlighted the solidarity and respect shared between the countries during times of loss and mourning.

The talks extended beyond expressions of sympathy, focusing on strengthening the bilateral relationship between Qatar and South Sudan.
