Qatar and Oman Strengthen Ties with New Economic and Investment Initiatives

Oman and Qatar are actively pursuing enhanced cooperation across various economic spheres, including commerce, industry, and investment. In a recent meeting held at the Invest Oman lounge, Omani ministers Anwar bin Hilal Al Jabri and Said bin Hamoud Al Maawali engaged with Qatar’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, Sheikh Faisal bin Thani Al Thani, to discuss potential avenues for expanding bilateral partnerships.

The discussions were comprehensive, encompassing trade, investment, industry, transport, logistics, and modern technologies. Both nations emphasized the importance of boosting mutual investments and fostering private-sector collaborations to develop joint ventures and partnerships.
