Qatar, Syria Engage in Talks on Strengthening Ties and Regional Issues

In a recent phone conversation, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, Qatar’s Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, engaged in discussions with Syrian Foreign Minister and Expatriates Asaad Al Shaibani.
