Qatar Joins Global Efforts at Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome

 Qatar actively participated in the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025, held in Rome, Italy, reaffirming its commitment to international cooperation and support for Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts.

The Qatari delegation was led by the Minister of State for International Cooperation, who engaged in high-level discussions focused on mobilizing international backing for Ukraine’s recovery. Key topics included the provision of urgent humanitarian aid, fast-tracked recovery projects, investment opportunities, and the reconstruction of vital sectors such as education, healthcare, and social services.

As part of the conference, the Minister also attended a reception hosted by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, where she met with other global leaders and dignitaries participating in the event. The gathering underscored the shared commitment of the international community to support Ukraine’s path to stability and renewal.

Qatar’s presence at the conference reflects its growing role in global humanitarian and development initiatives, especially in post-conflict recovery and institutional rebuilding.
