“Life-Changing” Mobility: The “Qi Machine” Explained

Date:

A movement specialist calls the “Qi Machine” a “life-changing” exercise for maintaining mobility, especially for those in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. The expert has practiced it for 35 years.
The exercise is a “double bounce” in the knees (feet shoulder-width apart). It’s a “drop” that uses elasticity, not a “press” that uses muscle.
This elastic recoil comes from the fascia and ligaments, which act as “rubber bands.” This turns the drop into an “action potential” that springs the body up.
This method is “nearly effortless” and highly sustainable for a daily routine.
Once the bounce is mastered, the arms and spine are integrated. This full-body movement circulates blood, enhances natural breathing, and fosters a deep mind-body connection.
The expert recommends this simple practice to maintain not just physical flexibility but also a sense of vitality and energetic balance.
